Ambra Onyx is a dramatic onyx defined by flowing bands of amber, bronze, soft gray, and warm ivory. The surface features bold, organic movement with translucent layers that shift in intensity, creating striking contrast and depth across the stone.
Ambra Onyx is designed exclusively for interior vertical applications where its translucency can be fully expressed. It is particularly impactful as illuminated feature walls, bar fronts, reception backdrops, decorative partitions, and hospitality focal installations that rely on backlighting to enhance the stone’s layered character.
Ambra Onyx can be fabricated as thin stone bonded to glass or clear acrylic within the StonePly composite system, allowing light to pass through the stone and intensify its natural banding. This method produces lightweight panels that preserve the richness of the material while enabling refined, backlit architectural installations.
